  Typical moving n storage place people are nice friendly and helpful as they should be. Good experience overall no complaints . Except that they did not remove my red lock after I paid my late bill ....no big deal but they said they would remove it "right away" two weeks later I went to move out and the lock was still on I told them they removed it and no hassles and they said sorry.
